Tried & tested ... quick and hearty meal.
Brown a pound of ground beef & 1 medium diced onion, drain,
add pint of Oliverio Peppers and Sauce (desired hotness).
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese,
Use refrigerated pie crusts for the top and bottom of pie,
bake at 425 for 15 minutes;
reduce heat to 350 for 15 minutes.
